Shipping policy

Australian Customers - All orders placed before 11am AEDT (business days) will be dispatched with Australia Post same day, if you order after 12pm we will dispatch next business day. Tracking numbers for your parcel, will be sent to you via email on the day of dispatch.

We partner with Australia Post for all retail deliveries, and you can choose from either of the following services:

• STANDARD POSTAL SERVICE 
• EXPRESS POST SERVICE  

Once your parcel is with Australia Post, we will be unable to control their systems, but we will do everything to help get your parcel dispatched ASAP from our base.

RETURNS

Customers choosing to return products for refund or exchange after change of mind will be required to cover return postage.
